Last night was due to be our first live ballot draw for our two and three-bedroom houses at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol. While we would typically have hosted a physical event, the current lockdown restrictions meant that instead, we planned a live video draw – with the draw due to be streamed onto our website.
Unfortunately, due to some technical difficulties and an internet outage, which was out of our control, the live stream was not able to take place. Instead, the draws for both the two-bedroom houses and the three-bedroom houses were filmed and then later shared on our website.
We were really disappointed not to be able to share this event with you live. We apologise to everyone who had put aside the time to join us and we thank you for your patience.
Despite the technical challenges of yesterday evening, the draw did still take place and we’d like to offer our congratulations to all of those who were successful.
Today, we will be busy contacting all of those people who were successfully drawn, inviting them to attend our sales event, taking place this weekend. This will be the first opportunity to reserve one of our new homes at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol. We are really excited to meet some of the people who will become our new residents here and to support our first purchasers on this journey.
Thank you to everyone who entered the ballot and who has taken the time to watch the videos of the ballot draw. It may be a bit of a different approach to home buying but it is an approach that has been working successfully for us in the Nordics for many years and one that we believe is fair and gives everyone an equal opportunity to reserve one of our homes.
Later this summer we will be releasing our one and two-bedroom apartments for sale at BoKlok on the Brook. If you’d like some further information please register your interest via the homepage.
